The Opportunity

We're seeking talented, dedicated coaches to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for professionals who view coaching as a craft to be continuously refined and elevated. You'll create impactful fitness programming, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to our collective vision of redefining physical culture.

What We're Looking For

• Proven coaching experience with a multi-year track record of client success

• A robust personal fitness practice that demonstrates your commitment to the field (like it or not, the industry is show before tell)

• Comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and physical culture history

• Experience in competitive environments that has shaped your coaching philosophy

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

• A creative approach to programming that challenges conventional thinking and challenges us to change and rethink our concepts

For Remote Positions

We believe this job can be done from anywhere but…remote coaches will additionally need:

• Content creation expertise, including familiarity with visual production tools, and an above average experience with data storage and transfer

• An eye for aesthetic photography and videography that captures movement effectively

• Polished presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Superior movement proficiency for demonstrating exercises with precision
