Most programs ask what you want.

The fitness industry trains toward performance — more weight, faster times, higher output. That model was built for athletes peaking for a single season. It was never designed for people whose goal is to last.

The Constraint Method starts from the opposite direction. Instead of chasing what's impressive, we identify what's deficient — and train away from it. The result is a body with no significant gaps across any major capacity.

Ironically, that body outperforms the specialist. Not because it trained for performance. Because it removed the constraints that performance creates.
