Learning how to train in new ways—whether you are a lifetime athlete or a beginner—can feel daunting.
Let’s simplify it.
It starts with curiosity
This training program is more than just ideas to try out in the gym. It is designed to help you explore new training concepts that can radically change the traits that you express every single day. It is structured like an art class but instead of showing you what happens when mixing different colors of paint, we show you the sensations and structure of various ideas that lead to different abilities. The sessions are the tools, you are the canvas. You can simply just jump in or you can pick a dedicated program that is structured. Either way, keep an open mind and enjoy the exploration

Each one of our sessions is unique but will follow a familiar structure.
Find a session—> Warm up —> Do the work —> Tell us your experience.
Each session has room for modification, and we encourage you to do so. Substitute based on equipment or ability. The OLLIN Program can be modified to fit the most minimal of garage gyms but we work with equipment found commonly in “Functional Gyms,” barbell, dumbells, kettlebells, sandbags or D-balls, a pull-up bar, a box, and a cardiovascular machine can provide infinite inspiration.

Strength + Endurance: Limited by Muscular fatigue
How to Plan A week for general fitness:
☑️ Choose 3x hard sessions, 1- Capacity, 1-Strength Endurance, and 1-FYF.
☑️ On your off days, just move around, do easy aerobic work, do mobility, or go outdoors.
☑️ Then sit back and watch how attaining fitness becomes a creative experience to look forward to rather than a laundry list of boring tasks to get through.
Escape velocity
A six-week program designed to help you understand The Space Program and free you from the constraints of spreadsheets.
This progression is 3 hard sessions per week, mixed equally between energy systems and 3 sessions to focus on recovery, aerobic ability, and play. With Movement demos, equipment options, and in-depth explanations.
Our Escape Velocity Program is designed to give you a broad experience with the various training styles we offer and the foundational tools you can use to start putting your own training plan together.
In 6-weeks you can transform what you know about training and yourself with a variety of fitness tests and lessons on developing your physical and psychological capability.
